From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. This exquisite hotel catered to all our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities were beyond expectations, with an infinity pool and beach access to awe-inspiring gardens and outdoor lounging areas. the massage treatments were heavenly, and the steam room was both relaxing and detoxifying.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the live entertainment. Although the spa lounge was serene, the live music was not peaceful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a sports bar by the marina and beautiful palm tree grounds where peacocks roam freely. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The beach is stunning, with crystal clear waters and plenty of water sports activities available on the lagoon.

Some guests have mentioned that there are limited options for quieter areas, specifically mentioning the lack of access to the saltwater pool.

The suite at JA Palm Tree Court was super cozy with a private terrace offering amazing beach views. As a budget traveller, this was pure luxury!

I recently stayed at The Palm Tree in Dubai for a relaxing beach getaway. From the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast buffet, everything was fantastic. The resort has a private beach, beautiful gardens, and a children's playground, providing plenty of activities for the whole family. I was impressed with the customer service, as they even thoughtfully provided a crib for my infant without me having to ask. Despite being away from downtown Dubai, the resort offers a free shuttle service, making it convenient to explore the city. I had a great stay and would definitely choose The Palm Tree again.

This resort is an excellent place to unwind as it provides a peaceful atmosphere that is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is polite and always willing to help. The breakfast at the hotel has an extensive selection of items, and the rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the balcony, which offers a beautiful view. The hotel has a games room, a golf course, a beach volleyball court, and is nearby to several local shopping malls.

The front desk needs improvement as service is at times slow due to inadequate staff numbers.

The staff were welcoming. The resort had multiple pools and activities for children. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-stocked with towels. The restaurants offered great food, although reservations were necessary. The Smoking Gun restaurant was particularly amazing.
